Repairs and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with what they purchase and guarantee all orders within 30 days of receipt. We are also happy to help with the maintenance of your item, and provide repairs and restringing. If you need to send us items for either reason, please submit the following form and send us a copy of the confirmation page along with your item to the following address.  Please ship your item to us using Fedex only so we can track your return. Kindly place your fedex tracking number in the form as well below.

Once we receive your package, we will confirm any refund or payment necessary and resolve your order as soon as we can.  Please note that repairs and exchanges can take four to six weeks to process and complete. Of course we will try and expedite each item and return it to you as quickly as possible. However, certain repairs and exchanges do require a lot of time due to the creation of new designs, choosing specific gemstones that meet the exchange requirement requested or workmanship that cannot be rushed. Please understand that quality is our top priority. We thank you for your patience.
Depending on the date and kind of purchase, some repairs will incur a fee. Common repairs include:

Ring resizing: $25
Restringing: $3/inch

Other services offered: re-attachment of pearls, replacement backs, lengthening of strands, clasp upgrades, polishing, and more.

All repairs and exchanges are subject to a $15 shipping fee.
